What changes
Sotto Shield moves to the front and is marked Recommended. Your trade goes through a private relay instead of the public mempool, so nobody can see it coming and trade against you. It costs a little more than the best public route.
What it does not do
Private mode hides your order before it lands. Once confirmed, the transaction is on chain like any other, and your wallet address is still your wallet address.
